Training Period
Where do I Start?
611 Trainee – you start as a trainee and undergo a training period of approximately 2 months.
Training Schedule
Trainees are required to be at their respective assignment 30 minutes before the designated shift.
As a Trainee
- We need you to be present day in and day out. Be in office on-time daily as well. No
excuses - If you are absent then you might miss out on certain topics for the day and miss out on details that may lead you to perform less in your assigned task. It will be difficult to back track just for the sake of 1 person. • Also once you undergo floor time during the training phase, your production might be compromised because of lower number of sales due to lack of calling hours compared to the rest, or inconsistency in work because of not being present.
What are the Pre-employment Requirements?
When to submit these requirements?
We would like to remind you that, in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth on page 8 of the Training Agreement (TA), it is mandatory for you to complete and submit the required documents within a period of one week from the date of signing the Training Agreement. We strongly encourage you to adhere to this timeline to avoid any potential delays in the onboarding process. Our HR personnel are available to provide any assistance or clarification you may require during this process.
We would like to inquire whether it is our obligation to cover the expenses related to the pre-employment medical requirements?
Yes, this is standard in a lot of companies. It’s a small investment on your part to start work.
