What is Tenure Bonus?
After a year, if you have performed well, you will be recommended to receive a performance bonus of 611/month. On the 2nd year, 611 will be times 2, it becomes 1,222/month. And on the 3rd year, 611 will be times 3, it becomes 1,833/month.
This will be added on your monthly salary
When do I Receive my Tenure?
Effectivity will be on the nearest cut-off. Your tenure bonus will be given on the payday following the nearest cut-off after your tenure contract is signed. For instance, if you signed the tenure contract on March 21, the nearest cut-off will be April 1-15. You will receive your tenure bonus on April 30, and so on.
When to apply for Tenure ?
As a dedicated member of our team, you have the opportunity to receive a tenure bonus after completing one year of service with our company.
How to apply Tenure?
1. Go to HRD, fill out the request form, and have it verified by HRD. It must be signed by your Team Leader and Operations Manager
2. Submit the request form to the HRD office, and HR will prepare the tenure contract for signing.
