One of the Talent Acquisition Specialist Staff member will gather a list of all successful candidates who have passed TD Approval.
• Marketing staff will update orientation tracker with candidates information as follow: CONTACT # | EMAIL | BPO EXPERIENCE WITH COE | CAMPAIGN ATTENDANCE STATUS ORIENTATION DATE | Signed TA?| TRAINING DATE IREMARKS.
• Marketing staff will now contact each successful candidates for their Job Orientation and Contract signing appointment Through (Text, Email and Call). • Marketing staff will send initial reports to HR and cc all involved departments for the endorsement.
Marketing staff will now conduct orientation.
• After orientation Marketing staff will ask candidates for any questions or clarification regarding with the video presentation. Once everything is settled both ends the marketing staff will lead the candidates to HR for their contract signing
• HR will handle contract signing and job offer, and will
provide an appointment slip for their training schedules. • After signing the contract, HR will provide feedbacks to the Marketing Department from the email thread.
• Lastly, Marketing staff will transfer all candidates Pipefy Card who signed Training Agreement Contract to Hr Onboarding.
