Notification of Absence Process
Notification of absence must be 5 hours before the
shift.
You have to notify both HRD and your manager.
HR – will only cater notification through phone call

Notified HR but did not inform Manager? (vice versa)
You notified HR but did not inform your manager, or vice versa. The notification of absence will be void.
• If you notify your manager, but your manager does not
allow you to take a leave, your leave or absence will be disapproved.
• The company or the manager reserves the right to decline any form of leave if it is not availed of in a proper form, depending on the definition of the leave as stated above.• Please note that failure to comply with the said
guidelines will be tagged as AWOL, and could lead to disciplinary action being taken by the company in accordance with our established policies and procedures. We therefore strongly encourage all employees to carefully review and adhere to the guidelines.
Notification on AWOL/Out Employee-Memo No.: HR 2021-10- 014
Please be reminded once an employee is deemed AWOL or
Resigned.
Team Leader should do the following.
• 1. Email HRD and Accounting for hold of salary. Indicate in the email if the said agent/employee is Work From Home or not.
• 2. Email IT to request disable of computer credentials. •
3. Email Admin Department if the said employee with equipment loan/laptop loan.
• 4. Return headset immediately to HR and have agent’s station checked by IT for damages;
– HR will then inform accounting for charges due to lost or damages incurred equipment/ 611 property for deduction in Last Pay.
• 5. HR will review 201 file and log as AWOL/Resigned.
If you email late (more than 3 days from the date of AWOL). We
reserve the right to charge you for expenses incurred such as
HMO, Phil health, SSS and the like.
