Leave Process
When do we have leave credits?
After completing one year of service as an Agent with the company, you become eligible to earn leave credits.
If I am already endorsed as an agent, how many leaves do I have?
Your leave entitlement may be based on your tenure with the company. If you are uncertain about the number of leave days you have earned, we strongly recommend that you schedule a meeting with the HR department to request a leave calculation. Our team will be more than happy to assist you with this matter.
Why are the leave credits of the agents not the same upon reaching 1 year?
Leave credits are calculated on a prorated basis per year, which means that the amount of leave you are entitled to will depend on the date of your employment as an agent. For instance, if you start in June, you will have more leave credits than someone who starts in December. We hope that this information provides you with a better understanding of how leave credits are calculated.
What is Leave Without Pay (LWP)?
Leave Without Pay (LWP) refers to a type of leave from work that is taken by an employee for a specified period of time but without pay. This can be used if the employee doesn’t have leave credits yet but is absent with proper notification to Manager and HRD.
What will happen to my unused leave credits?
