9.01-NOT CLOSING AND/OR LOCKING ENTRANCES TO THE HIGH SECURITY AREA UPON ENTRY, THUS, EXPOSING IT TO UNNECESSARY SECURITY RISK
1st offense - 1-3 days suspension
2nd offense - Termination
9.02 – FAILURE TO REPORT INCIDENTS LIKE THEFT AND THE LIKE WHICH CAN AFFECT SECURITY OF THE BUILDING, IT MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN ONE HOUR AFTER THE INCIDENT
1st offense - 1-3 days suspension
2nd offense - 3-5 days suspension
3rd offense - Termination
9.03 – NON-MAINTAINING CLEANLINESS/ORGANIZE IT ROOM, SERVER ROOM OR UPS ROOM
1st offense - 1-3 days suspension
2nd offense - 3-5 days suspension
3rd offense - Termination
