Dispute Process
Process for Filing a Dispute
1. The agent will inform the team leader that there is a discrepancy in his or her salary.
2. The team leader will verify the agent’s concern. Once verified, the TL will advise the agent to visit HRD to get the dispute form.
3. The agent must fill out the dispute form and have it signed by their Team Leader or
Operations Manager.
*Please note that supporting documents must be attached to the form
What Proof to Provide?
“The proof that needs to be attached to the dispute form may depend on the nature of the discrepancy in the salary. Generally, it could be payslips, timekeeping records, or any other document that could support the agent’s claim. It’s best to clarify with the HRD what specific proof is needed for the particular case to ensure that the dispute can be resolved promptly and accurately.”
If you have a dispute for the March 15 payroll, the adjustment will be reflected in your March 30 payroll. It is important to follow up with HR to ensure that the necessary actions are taken to resolve the discrepancy and that you receive the correct salary.
Note: ONLY DISPUTES FILED WITHIN FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS WILL BE ACCOMODATED.
