The It staff will inform the Team Leader the problem so that the TL will email and will received a link for pipefy to send a ticket forrequest. Step 5 Step 5 Team Leader will remain and send a ticket at pipefy for request to the Admin and ITAfter the IT informs the TL about the problem, The Team Leader Will email, Once the IT had read their email the TL will received a link for pipefy Step 6 Step 6 Pipefy Request FormAfter the IT informs the TL about the problem, The Team Leader Will email, Once the IT had read their email the TL will received a link for pipefy Step 7 Step 7 IT ProcessAfter the IT will receive the ticket from the TL, The IT will move the ticket to the admin custodian pending and wait for release. Step 6 Step 6 Admin ProcessOnce the IT staff has transferred the Ticket, Admin/Custodian Will released the given request and transfer the ticker for released.
