What is Attendance Bonus?

Attendance bonus is a financial incentive provided by an employer to encourage employees to maintain perfect attendance or limit their absences to a certain number.

When to have additional attendance bonus?

Once you have applied for an HMO, you can now receive an additional attendance bonus of Php50 per day after a month of inclusion (example: May 2023 inclusion; you will receive your additional ATT bonus at the end of June). This is an exciting opportunity for you to receive extra compensation while also taking care of your health needs. This is applicable for daily rates only.

Rice Allowance

We are thrilled to inform you that we have added another exciting perk to our compensation package! In addition to the additional attendance bonus, you will also receive a rice allowance of Php50 per day once you have been included in HMO for a month (for example, if you are included in May 2023, you will receive your rice allowance bonus at the end of June). This is applicable for daily rates only.
